These terms and conditions apply to Services provided by Multifarious Engineering Ltd incorporated and registered in England and Wales Company Number 08021295, whose registered office is at 243 Hornchurch Road, Hornchurch, Essex, RM12 4TG (Multifarious).
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. Submission of registration along with full payment constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms sets out the basis on which Multifarious will deliver CCXP Coaching Program to you, and our responsibilities to each other:
They tell you who we are, how we will provide services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

1. Definitions
1.1. “Term & Conditions”: means these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. “CCXP Coaching Program” means a set of instructor led collaborative working sessions facilitated by Multifarious, as detailed in the CCXP Coaching Program Invoice.
1.3. “Confidential Information” means all information provided to either party in confidence by or on behalf of the other in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in written or other form and whether before or after the date of these Terms & Conditions, (including without limitation the terms and conditions of these Terms & Conditions and the commercial and financial arrangements evidenced by this Agreement).
1.4. “Course Content “ means any documentation used in the Coaching program, including any exercises, verbal comments and the contents of any online or Google Docs generated during the CCXP Coaching program.
1.5 “Start Date” means the agreed date that the course will begin.
2. Booking

3. Payment
3.1 Once you have booked the course, we will issue an Invoice which should be paid in advance.

We will then officially book the start date for the CCXP Coaching Program.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 You can cancel the CCXP Coaching Program at any time prior to the agreed start date and will receive 100% refund.
4.2 Should you need to cancel the program after the start date just let us know by email at [email protected] and you will be refunded an amount that is in proportion to the Services performed/course content shared up until the date of your decision to cancel.
Refunds will given as follows;
Prior to start date 100% refund
1 module completed 75% refund
2 modules completed 60% refund
3 or more modules completed no refund will be made.
4.3 Refunds will be issued within 28 working days of the cancellation, by the method that was used to make the booking.
5. Download of Course Content
5.1. The CCXP Coaching Program may have some shared online documents. We can’t guarantee that these will remain accessible indefinitely after the program, so you should download all content as soon as the program concludes.
6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
6.1. Confidential Information
6.1.1. Each party undertakes that it will not at any time disclose to any person any Confidential Information concerning the business, financial or other affairs, customers, clients or suppliers of the other party, except as permitted by Clause 4.1.2.
6.1.2. No party will, without the consent of the other party:
6.1.2.1. use the other party’s Confidential Information for any purpose other than to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions;
6.1.2.2. disclose Confidential Information other than:
6.1.2.2.1. as may be required by law, court order or any governmental or regulatory authority;
6.1.2.2.2. to its employees, officers, freelance workers, representatives or professional advisers who need to know such information for the purposes of carrying out the party’s obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
6.1.3. No License: Nothing in this clause 6.1 is intended to grant any intellectual property right, patent, or copyright to either party, nor shall these Terms & Conditions grant the receiving party any rights in or to Confidential Information disclosed to them, except as expressly set forth herein.
6.1.4. Remedies: The party receiving the Confidential Information agrees that any violation or threatened violation of this clause 6.1 may cause irreparable injury to other party, entitling the other party to obtain injunctive relief in addition to all legal remedies.
6.1.5. However, this clause will not cover any information that is in the public domain, or becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party, or is otherwise properly received from a thirdparty without an obligation of confidentiality.
7. Feedback Consent
7. Multifarious value your participation, and seek your consent to use your testimonial for marketing , educational purposes and for continuous improvement . You will be required to complete a separate consent form confirming this.
7.1 Any information we have of you will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7.2 You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold on you and to request corrections or deletions of it. You can ask us to stop using your images at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications and will be withdrawn from any digital media but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
8. Data protection
8.1 Multifarious are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Full details of our Privacy Policy can be found on our Website.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. These Terms & Conditions, along with the CCXP Coaching Program Invoice, sets out the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements or understandings between them.
9.2. These Terms & Conditions will be exclusively governed by, and construed under, the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
